Satish believes in building software around the customers’ needs and pain points, which means striving to boost efficiency and minimize human effort at every turn. Satish holds an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Mississippi.

Prior to DispatchTrack, Shailu received her M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Mississippi before running a global team for Hewlett-Packard's enterprise product suite. Her wide-ranging technical experience—combined with her team-building talents—have helped her lead the company towards sustainable growth.

As Executive Vice President of Sales and Customer Success, Daren Lauda is responsible for growing DispatchTrack’s business and ensuring that customers derive tremendous value from the company’s industry-leading solution. Daren has been in the software industry for 25 years and has deep experience in both SaaS and transportation. Daren earned an MBA from California State University at Long Beach, and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Pepperdine University. Daren is also a US Army veteran.

Rafael Flores is serving as SVP, Product at DispatchTrack. He has over ten years of professional experience building product organizations from the ground up at different stage companies, all leading to successful exits. Prior to joining DispatchTrack, Rafael Flores helped scale Treasure Data’s global product presence leading to the largest round of funding by a CDP worth over $234M at a $1 billion valuation backed by SoftBank group. He was also instrumental in Arm’s purchase of Treasure Data in 2017 for $600 million. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from UC Davis and has multiple master's degrees in Business and Computer Science from UC Berkeley and Stanford University, respectively.

Ido Sakal leads the financial operations at DispatchTrack, supporting the company's continued growth and expansion with his extensive financial expertise. With over 15 years of valuable industry experience, Ido has built and led finance teams at several high-growth technology companies, both private and public. Ido earned his bachelor's degree in accounting and economics from Tel-Aviv University and is a licensed CPA in the State of Massachusetts.

Alex is a software veteran. In 1999, he raised investment from BrightStation Ventures to run his own dot-com business before the well-known entrepreneur Dan Wagner asked him to help set up Venda in 2001. In 2014, Venda was acquired by NetSuite, where Alex ran the retail, manufacturing and WD divisions for Europe. After Netsuite was sold to Oracle for $9bn, Alex moved to Datorama as UK Country Manager, where he oversaw the acquisition to Salesforce for $850m. Alex is delighted to have joined the DispatchTrack team to forge a strong foothold in the EU market. He is married with four kids and loves nothing more than drinking a glass of Bordeaux in the Bordeaux region France with Beth, his wife!

Sunanda Gundavajhala brings 25+ years of experience in process re-engineering, product development and people management across multiple verticals. As Head of Operations, Sunanda drives HR, market research and finance strategy for DispatchTrack India in addition to compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Sunanda holds a Master's in Business Management and Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Osmania University. She has authored books on project management and business ethics and volunteers for non-profit organizations leading projects for social good for the hearing impaired and building leadership competency in underprivileged students.

Bob Bauer is responsible for driving DispatchTrack sales strategy and market penetration into multiple verticals. With over 30 years of experience in the furniture retail industry, he has held a variety of senior management roles including buying, marketing, and building effective sales organizations. Bob is dedicated to generating the highest quality onboarding support and constantly pushes existing customers to get even more out of the software.

KB Madan brings 20+ years of boots-on-the-ground sales experience to his role leading B2C sales efforts at DispatchTrack. Starting as a business owner himself, KB developed his talent for selling out of necessity. His long history with over-sized deliveries makes him an authority with retailers, drivers, and customers alike. Eric Clarke has over 35 years of experience in the furniture transportation industry, and he's using his diverse skill set at DispatchTrack to streamline the shipping supply chain even further. Previously, he was President at Northwest Furniture Express and Four Truckers, Inc. As VP of business development at DispatchTrack, Eric is leveraging his command of the industry and extensive knowledge of first and middle-mile logistics to help break new ground as the company expands its product offering.
