DispatchTrack Streamlines Driver Experience with Mobile App UI/UX Refresh

New enhancements boost readability, modernize design, and make workflows more intuitive to set drivers up for success on every delivery


Campbell, CA – April 29th, 2024 – DispatchTrack, the global leader in last mile delivery software, today announced the release of an updated UI/UX for its driver mobile app to ensure a streamlined experience for drivers and technicians. The enhanced interface is now available for all DispatchTrack customers on iOS and will be soon available for Android. These enhancements demonstrate the company’s ongoing commitment to optimizing every aspect of the last mile delivery process from planning to daily execution by drivers.   

The UI/UX update includes improved readability, modernized design, and more intuitive workflows for mobile app users. This enhances drivers’ effectiveness and enables them to get even more out of the robust capabilities that the driver mobile app already offers, including:

  • Streamlined proof of delivery capture via pictures, signatures, and notes
  • Turn-by-turn driving directions for each delivery route
  • Access to digital manifests
  • DVIR forms 
  • Configurable advanced forms 
  • Total connectivity with dispatchers
