Responsibilities
- Responsible for the entire end to end hiring at DispatchTrack India- Domestic IT recruitment
- Plan and implement for the recruitment needs of DispatchTrack, provide TAT for each requirement. Hold the team accountable for the TAT
- Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g., job application and onboarding processes)
- Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance in addition to being an individual contributor
- Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
- Implement new sourcing methods (e.g., social recruiting and Boolean searches)
- Research and choose job advertising options
- Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques
- Recommend ways to improve our employer brand
- Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
- Participate in job fairs and career events
- Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiting Manager, Recruitment Consultant in scaling teams for software companies, building employer brand
- Data driven approach to recruiting and ability to provide market intelligence
- Have a strong network to reach out to for the niche requirements
- Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation
- Proven experience in candidate engagement for onboarding
- Familiarity with social media and other professional networks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources Management
