Responsibilities:
- Using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.
- Helping the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments.
- Determining, estimating, and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items.
- Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes.
- Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements.
- Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing.
- Finding techniques for effective Product Backlog management.
- Tracking project processes and deliverables.
- Preparing and presenting status reports to CXO level.
Requirements:
- 12- 15 years of experience in IT
- B.Tech degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred
- Should have worked in enterprise projects before becoming a Scrum Master. 3-5 years of experience as a scrum master or in a similar role.
- Thorough knowledge of tools like Jira and Confluence
- Experience in managing multiple projects and being nimble to cater to unplanned requirements
- Leadership and management experience
- Excellent people and project management skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
