Privacy Policy: DispatchTrack Eclipse Autofill Plugin – Chrome Extension

DispatchTrack Eclipse Autofill (“the Extension”) looks up a sales order in your Epicor Eclipse system and pre-fills a DispatchTrack service-order form. It runs entirely in your Chrome browser. There is no DispatchTrack Eclipse Autofill server; the Extension has no backend of its own.

• Eclipse connection settings you enter: your Eclipse server URL, username, and password.
• Session token: a temporary authentication token returned by your Eclipse server.
• Sales-order data: the order you look up, which may include customer contact and address information (name, email, phone, shipping address) and line-item details.
• Configuration: your field-mapping settings and preferences.

• Your credentials are used only to authenticate to your own Eclipse server.
• Sales-order data is used only to populate the DispatchTrack service-order form you are viewing. It is displayed for your review and written into the form; it is not stored by the Extension beyond the current lookup.
• Configuration is used to determine which order fields map to which form fields.

• Your Eclipse password is encrypted at rest using a device-local key and stored, with your other connection settings and configuration, in your browser’s local storage on your device.
• The session token is kept in your browser’s session storage and is discarded when the browser session ends.
• Nothing is stored on any DispatchTrack Eclipse Autofill server, because there is none.

• Credentials and lookup requests are sent only to the Eclipse server address you configure.
• Order data flows from your Eclipse server into the DispatchTrack form you are using.
• The Extension does not send your data to the developer, to DispatchTrack Eclipse Autofill servers, or to any third party.
• Transport note: if your Eclipse server is served over http (common for on-premises installations on an internal network), data to and from Eclipse — including credentials — travels over that connection without TLS encryption. Use the Extension only on a trusted, whitelisted network, as directed by your organization.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share or transfer it to third parties, except as needed to perform the Extension’s single purpose (communicating with your own Eclipse and DispatchTrack systems at your direction).

• Connection settings and configuration remain on your device until you change or clear them, or uninstall the Extension.
• You can remove all stored data at any time by clearing the Extension’s data or uninstalling it from chrome://extensions.

The Extension requests only the permissions needed for its single purpose: local storage, Chrome’s side panel, access to the DispatchTrack site to fill the form, and access to the specific Eclipse server address you configure (requested at the time you save your connection).
