Sales & Marketing Operations Lead

We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Sales & Marketing Operations Lead to join our growing team. This is a newly created position, based in the US.

The Sales & Marketing Operations Lead role is responsible for building, implementing and optimizing the DispatchTrack MarTech stack across the Go-to-Market engine, specifically driving alignment and efficiency from Marketing to Sales to Customer Success across the customer lifecycle.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support on campaign performance to ensure we are using every dollar of marketing spend to the fullest. Review key metrics to understand bookings, pipeline performance, and health of the business
  • Lead operational cadence and drive regular interlocks and orchestration with Sales/Marketing to monitor performance against plan, identify key potential issues, track progress against key action items, etc.
  • Identify, implement, and manage our marketing technology solutions. Help us solve problems and uncover opportunities with effective use of a modern MarTech stack including Marketo, 6Sense, and Hubspot
  • Architect, implement and enforce lead processes and lead follow up
  • Monitor and maintain data quality and data integrity within the marketing database, ensuring accuracy and minimizing bad or incomplete data
  • System admin for core MarTech solutions, including Hubspot and 6Sense
  • Strong focus on all our marketing leading indicators to identify key trends and provide accurate forecasts so we quickly course-correct if needed
  • Establish a data-driven culture across demand generation efforts to champion our pipeline contribution and drive positive ROI on our program investments
  • Run post-mortem meetings on key marketing programs to assess what is driving the best outcomes
  • Lead key initiatives across Marketing that will have a positive impact on growth, productivity, retention, and/or the Customer Experience
  • Provide key ad hoc analysis (e.g., funnel optimization, ABM performance, propensity to buy models, etc.) to help the management team refine/adjust the strategy as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CCPA and other global marketing regulations

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience managing tech stack and operations in a marketing operations role; ideally at a high-growth B2B SaaS company
  • Understanding of marketing technology, ability to act as admin to multiple tools in the marketing toolstack
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, 6Sense and Marketo or Hubspot marketing automation solutions (Marketo preferred)
  • Knowledge of lead lifecycle management and how data flows between tools
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, to collaborate while managing expectations and priorities and to credibly and compellingly present and debate your recommendations with peers and senior management
  • Knowledge of best practices, processes and systems that will allow us to scale; ability to find and replace inaccuracies and inefficiencies
  • Experience across multiple go-to-market motions a plus: enterprise sales/account-based marketing (ABM), and customer marketing
  • Strong problem solving, analysis, prioritization, tactical execution and planning skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Skilled in managing numerous simultaneous projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment with changing needs and priorities
  • Strong business acumen and project management skills, with a bias for data-informed decision-making
  • Proven experience scaling and building with automation and repeatable processes
  • Deep understanding of the customer journey. Experience with data augmentation, lead routing, and lead scoring a plus
  • Ability to navigate through and communicate complex ideas effectively - verbally, in writing, and presentations
  • Location: SF Bay Area, CA, Hybrid
