Experience: 12- 15 years


  • Responsible for the entire end to end hiring at DispatchTrack India- Domestic IT recruitment
  • Plan and implement for the recruitment needs of DispatchTrack, provide TAT for each requirement. Hold the team accountable for the TAT
  • Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g., job application and onboarding processes)
  • Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance in addition to being an individual contributor
  • Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
  • Implement new sourcing methods (e.g., social recruiting and Boolean searches)
  • Research and choose job advertising options
  • Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques
  • Recommend ways to improve our employer brand
  • Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
  • Participate in job fairs and career events
  • Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners

Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiting Manager, Recruitment Consultant in scaling teams for software companies, building employer brand
  • Data driven approach to recruiting and ability to provide market intelligence
  • Have a strong network to reach out to for the niche requirements
  • Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation
  • Proven experience in candidate engagement for onboarding 
  • Familiarity with social media and other professional networks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources Management
