We are seeking a QA Manager with a strong foundation in software engineering QA methodologies and proven experience leading teams to deliver successfully.
As the QA Manager, you will be building and managing a team of QA Testers who work as integrated members of a cross-functional software team. You will lead them in the design and execution of QA strategies and methods to deliver software products that delight our customers.
You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, patience, and a real passion for testing and quality.
Responsibilities:
- Proven capabilities in leading software product testing teams
- Passionate about the customer experience and delivering products that inspire and delight.
- Develop, implement, and manage processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.
- Communicates quality standards and parameters to QA, product development teams, and other appropriate staff.
- Comfortable working in a continually changing and dynamic environment and driving top issues to resolution.
- Coordinate and participate in product testing processes.
- Ability to drive QA success via integrated cross-functional teams involving deep collaboration with engineering and design.
- Identify and analyse issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues.
- Review client, customer, and user feedback.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- First class Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/MCA
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Quality Assurance and 5+ years of experience in leading 10-15 member teams
- Experience in Web and / or Mobile application testing
